Lenin: A Soldier

    About Me

Whether you know me personally, have seen me around or talked to me on the phone or have never heard of me or care to I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I am a disabled Veteran since the age of  eighteen quite possibly  giving me the unwanted distinction of being the country's youngest ever disabled Veteran  and this website is a continuation of my book:

During the time since becoming disabled I have seen or met many people mostly in Veterans' hospitals overcome what appeared to be insurmountable difficulties. Some did it by themselves, while others had some kind of support. Maybe it was someone that they expected it from or just a kind and helpful person that just happened to be there to push them forward when they most needed it whatever the case these people have shown me that you have not failed until you stop trying.

Although most of them have passed away now they are still alive in my memory. Despite me not being thrilled about what happened to me I don’t know if I could imagine my life differently, sure it is imaginable but at the same time I am so thankful I got to meet all of the people I did as I believe that I would not be where I am today without the help of everyone that has been involved in my life and rehabilitation. They all have a special place inside me somewhere.
